Size Requirements
- Retail units: 500 sq. ft. to 3,000 sq. ft.- Drive-thru sites: Land parcels of 0.2 acres or larger
Site Characteristics
- Visibility: Prominent roadside locations- Accessibility: Easy ingress and egress for vehicles and pedestrians- Parking: Adequate on-site or nearby parking facilities
Development Stage

- Use class: A1 / QSR (Quick Service Restaurant)- Planning status: Sites with existing permissions or strong planning potential
