- Retail units: 500 sq. ft. to 3,000 sq. ft.
- Drive-thru sites: Land parcels of 0.2 acres or larger

- Visibility: Prominent roadside locations.
- Accessibility: Easy ingress and egress for vehicles and pedestrians
- Parking: Adequate on-site or nearby parking facilities
